  I must've done something to really upset the lady who took my order in the drive thru. I ordered a large, iced coffee, with cream, NO sugar, and some French Vanilla (hey, it's friday, lets go nuts). I took one sip, with a mouthful of granulated sugar, and took a look: there are INCHES of sugar at the bottom of the cup. I used to come here every Friday for my "treat", but I had to throw about $3.00 away on a bad coffee. Also, I tried to call to let them know about the mistake, and got a machine. There wasn't ANYONE in line when I was just there. I won't bother them with my business anymore, since I seem to be an inconvenience.

  I went back, and they made it right. I know mistakes happen, but this store seems to excel at mistakes-- apparent after reading the reviews.
